The aim of Les Vignerons Irlandais (LVI) is to bring high quality, good value French wines to the Irish Market. Established in Galway in 1994, The Noble Vine was then the first Wine Shop ever to open in Ireland. Its founder, Noel O’Loughlen, who has worked for over 40 years in the wine trade has built up strong relationships with some of the best independent producers in the French Languedoc wine producing region. Dedicated wine makers, their aim for quality suffers no limit and they now form the core of our suppliers. This is in addition of course to our own additive free wines produced in our own vineyard . Nowadays some of the most exciting wines being produced in France come from the Languedoc region . We at LVI are happy to be able to offer you a selection of these wines. Our own involvement in the wine making process is through our sister company -  Galway Wine Producers SARL. GWP has a modern new wine cave  (cellar) in the small village of St Jean de Serre which is located at the foothills of the Cevennes just 30 miles / 50km from the Mediterranean sea. In this cellar the wine is matured, then blended and  bottled.

Through our vine ownership project, we offer our customers the opportunity to invest in the wine trade.
